PAYMENT POLICY

  • To reserve a spot on a Pink Elephant Retreat, a non-refundable booking fee of five hundred euros (500 €) is required.

  • In case Covid-19 travel restrictions at the time of the retreat, any amounts paid will be fully refundable.

  • The full payment can be paid anytime, latest the first day of the retreat.

  • If you want to bring someone who will not attend yoga practices, this person will pay only for accommodation and food. This option depends on availability.

  • The retreat prices are charged per person and do not include flights. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Depending on when you cancel, cancellation fees may apply.

  • The five hundred euros (500 €) booking fee is non refundable, with the exception of COVID-19 travel restrictions.

  • If cancellation takes place more than sixty (60) days prior to retreat start date, then any payments made will be refunded minus your 500€ deposit.

  • If cancellation takes place less than sixty (60) days prior to the retreat start date, then 100% of your trip price will be forfeited.

  • Due to our accommodation commitments and other arrangements, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

  • We do not offer credit for arriving late or leaving early.

  • However, if Pink Elephant Retreats must cancel a scheduled retreat due to low participation, you’re entitled to transfer your full payment to another scheduled retreat or request a full refund of your payment.

  • Pink Elephant Retreats is not responsible for your expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled retreat, such as other accommodation, airline tickets, and/or other costs associated with preparing for your trip.

COVID-19 SPECIFICATIONS POLICY

During these uncertain times it’s our primary desire that everyone stays healthy. We want to make sure everyone feels safe to travel and we are here to help and support you throughout your journey.

  • Retreat group size limited to a maximum of 15 people.

  • All participants will be required to follow Covid-19 protocol at the time of the retreat.

  • Yoga instructors, Ayurveda therapist and the chef will take Covid-19 tests on the day prior to the retreat start date to assure guests of their status. Same is suggested to all participants.

  • The house is following strict hygiene, sanitation, and distancing guidelines in keeping with Croatia government policy on Covid-19. The house is located in a quite place with no neighbours around.

  • Spacious yoga deck and room areas for social distancing.

  • Activities and yoga are outdoors on covered terrace. Only in a case of rain, w will practice indoors.

  • Dinning can be arranged on a covered terrace as well.

  • Will will help arrange Covid-19 test for those who need it so they can safely board their flights home.

RETREAT POLICY

  • Pink Elephant Retreats sees the human being as an infinite potential of creativity, joy and connection. Our mission is to bring awareness to the body movement, breath and observation of our thoughts, create a respectful and harmonious life with ourselves and everything around us. The participant’s behavior and attitude, should be respectful and enhance the harmonious atmosphere of the retreat location.

  • Pink Elephant Retreats is responsible for ensuring that the yoga retreats we advertised on the website have the same service as the yoga retreat you pay for, and these services offered will be carried out under a high quality service.

  • Pink Elephant Retreats is not responsible for any physical or psychological injury that you may have. If you have any doubts regarding your physical or mental health, please check with us prior to submitting your registration. By receiving your registration, we assume that you are physically and mentally fit and stable.

  • If you have any problem about your yoga retreat, please inform your hosts as soon as possible and he/she will help you to correct the situation.
